Fanfiction in its current form is an infringement of copyright. Fanfiction is defined by the use of characters and expression from an original creative work and the creation of derivative works, all of which is illegal under current copyright law (McCardle, 2003).

The only problem if the reader become delusional and mixing up reality and fiction,but that's not the fanfic fault. Writing and reading fanfiction basic on BTS characters is nothing to be frown upon,it's not a crime,it's an imaginary works. Saesang activity is the real bad one.
