How do you unlock the floppy disk in the Cold War?

The player needs to set the informant free and grab the "audio reel" from the table in the room. After having collected the pieces of evidence, the player needs to go over to the Evidence Board. To decrypt the Floppy Disk, the player needs to crack the Broadcast number and the name of the city associated with it.

What's the floppy disk password?

Click on the Floppy Disk, and enter the first code, which is the number sequence password. Then enter the second password, which is the city name, in this case, Houston. And that's is you're in, and the Floppy Disk has been decrypted.

Should you kill Richter Cold War?

Richter knows valuable intel that cannot be turned over to the enemy, meaning you must either rescue him before he drops the dime or kill him yourself. Eventually, you'll wind up in Richter's basement holding cell.
