Please follow these steps in the exact order as given here:. Click on Remove All Devices here. Do a clean reinstall. Note: After reinstalling, you will have to download your music for offline listening again. Restart device. Log out and log in again.

Why does Spotify web player stops at 9 seconds?

For anyone still experiencing this, it looks like the cause is a DNS issue via Chrome - something that's not under our control. All network communication for Spotify goes through the same domain name, so if metadata and playback commands are being sent, the domain is already resolved.

Why does Spotify keep pausing when I open Facebook?

Spotify Community 4 people had this problem. If this only happens when you open Facebook, try to close out of Facebook, and then reopen it. Usually this happens because of the videos in the app, or you clicked on something inside of the Facebook app with media content.
