Resolution:. From the menu select "Settings" and go to "WLAN". Long press the network profile that you want to delete. Select forget network from the popup that appears and it will delete the network profile.

Can WiFi Owner See deleted history?

Yes, they do, though it is not common. Old WiFi routers aren't meant to be used for Internet traffic tracking on their own, meaning one would have to have some pretty extensive technical knowledge and a set of right tools to check your WiFi history through a router.
