How do I change my family manager?

One must delete the child account and the entire family group in order to change the family manager. There is no way to transfer the family manager role to another Google account nor is there a way to transfer the child's Google account to another family group.

What happens if you delete family manager on PS4?

When you delete a user profile, data managed by that user on your PS4™ system such as saved data, screenshots, and video clips are also deleted. This setting is available only when a family member who has never signed in to PlayStation™Network is selected.

Can I change the family manager on PS4?

Sign in to your PS4 system as the family manager and go to Settings > Parental Controls/Family Management > Family Management. Select the adult family member you want to appoint and select the checkbox for Parent/Guardian.
